Never in the hold.

Loulou
[ loo-loo ] French, noun
A term of endearment, literally a little wolf, kept for the ones you hold dear. Most often, the dog.

Every seat sold brings the flight closer to take-off

We open a flight, you book your seat. Once the threshold is reached the flight is confirmed and departs, whatever happens.

Four steps, no surprises

Buying by the seat makes private aviation accessible. You are not paying for the aircraft, you are paying for your seat and your dog's.

  1. 1

    You choose a flight

A date, an origin, a destination. Seats left and the price per seat are shown from the start.

  2. 2

    You book your seat

An AEROAFFAIRES broker calls you back within 30 minutes to check your dog's paperwork and finalise.

  3. 3

    The flight fills up

As soon as the departure threshold is reached the flight is confirmed. You are told immediately.

  4. 4

    You board together

Private aviation terminal, no crate, no separation. Your dog boards with you.

He stays at your feet
for the whole flight

No hold, no crate, no hours of separation in the dark and the noise. On our flights your dog has its own space in the cabin, with its blanket, its bowl, and its owner within nose reach.

  • Boarding through a private aviation terminal, no queues
  • No weight limit tied to the hold
  • Crew briefed on welcoming animals
  • Water, bowls and blankets provided on board

What to prepare
for each destination

Rules for bringing dogs into a country differ from one place to another and change regularly. Our brokers check every file before departure.

These guides are provided for information only. The official requirements remain those of the destination country's authorities on the day of the flight.

What people ask us most

Does my dog really travel in the cabin?

Yes. On all our flights, dogs travel in the cabin with their owner, with no transport crate. That is the whole point of the service, and the reason we operate private aviation.

What happens if the flight does not reach its threshold?

The flight is cancelled and your seat is refunded in full. You are told as soon as possible, and a broker offers you an alternative date.

Is there a weight or size limit?

There is none of the weight limit imposed by scheduled airlines, because your dog does not travel in the hold. Capacity depends on the aircraft and the number of animals on board: the broker confirms case by case.

Can I travel with several dogs?

Yes, subject to availability. Each animal takes up space in the cabin, so mention it in your enquiry and we will reserve accordingly.

Who operates the flights?

Loulou Air is a brand of AEROAFFAIRES, a private aviation broker since 1991. Flights are operated by certified air carriers we select for each route.

What about cats, or other animals?

The service is designed for dogs, but other pets may be accepted depending on the flight and the destination. Ask us in your enquiry.
