Why not a scheduled flight?

To Dubai, on scheduled flights, your dog travels neither in the cabin nor in the hold: Air France and Emirates only accept cargo, and Delta bars pets from the cabin to the UAE. The details, airline by airline, are in Pet in cabin: weight limits, fees and airlines.

On our flights your dog travels in the cabin with you: the weight limit of scheduled airlines does not apply, capacity depends on the aircraft and on how many animals are on board, and a broker approves each dog case by case. It does not make the journey apart from you, shipped as cargo in the hold.

Frequently asked questions

Can my dog fly in the cabin between Paris and Dubai?

Yes. On our flights your dog travels in the cabin with you, never in the hold. The weight limit of scheduled airlines does not apply: capacity depends on the aircraft and on how many animals are on board, and a broker approves each dog case by case. The exact conditions of travel on board are confirmed to you in writing before booking.

Will my dog travel in a crate?

The French health certificate model for the Emirates attests that the animal will be transported in accordance with IATA conditions in a transport box or crate. No official Emirati source addresses the case of a dog travelling in the cabin of a private jet. The conditions of travel on board for your flight are confirmed to you before booking: we do not let you book without that answer.

What documents does a dog need to enter the United Arab Emirates?

An import permit issued by the Emirati ministry before departure, a rabies antibody test of at least 0.5 IU/ml carried out by an approved laboratory, since France is classed as high risk, and a health certificate issued within the 24 hours before the flight, then legalised by your DDPP within that same window. The dog must also be microchipped, vaccinated against rabies and at least fifteen weeks old. These requirements apply on every flight, private ones included.

Which dog breeds are banned in the United Arab Emirates?

Fifteen breeds, five of them common in France: the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, the American Staffordshire Terrier, the Dogue de Bordeaux, the Cane Corso and the Bullmastiff. They cannot enter, whatever the aircraft. Until the Emirati ministry has answered in writing, assume that a dog crossed with one of these breeds will be refused.

Where does the flight land in Dubai?

At Al Maktoum airport (DWC), in Dubai. Your dog is examined on arrival, then released once its compliance has been checked: the Emirati ministry's page provides for no quarantine for a compliant animal.

How much is a seat from Paris to Dubai?

€8,500 per seat on the next flight, taxes and airport charges included. One ticket covers one person and their dog: you pay for your seat, not the jet.

Is a new antibody test needed to come back to France?

No. The United Arab Emirates appear on the European list of third countries exempt from the rabies antibody test for entry into the Union, in force since 22 April 2026. The other conditions of the return remain to be confirmed with your DDPP.
